The European Leadership Platform: improving leadership via peer dialogue
We strive to contribute to better leadership by providing a platform where leaders and leadership experts can reflect and contemplate on their own behavior and experiences. Leaders are often aware of the need to reflect, given the complexity of their work, but most of them don’t make the time for it.
Our unique formula combines a confidential environment, an inspiring speaker, skilled moderators and carefully selected participants to provide a platform for inspiration and reflection. These opportunities to step away from the daily pressures to reflect in depth on an issue with a diverse group of peers generate inspiration, validation and new ideas.
